Knowledge is everything. That's` why designers should always improve themselves to get better results. You can learn new tools, get more tech-specific skills, etc. But the only small amount of UX designers learn psychology. In this article, I will share 5 reasons why you need to learn psychology and what benefits it will bring to your design life.

1. Specify Your Target Audience

When you build any product, you can whether create it under manager control or you will understand the logic behind. My point is there are two types of designers.

One of them needs pre-defined tasks and manager control over their work. This type of designer is not able to understand the target audience behind what she/he works on. Instead a creative concentates attention on the tech part of the job only.

It is not bad to be tech-specific, but if you select this way of being a designer, you can`t get a lead role or build your own start-up in the future. Why? Because you need to understand your target audience first and then create a product.
